Bouskoura Park Resort Launched as a Major Urban Tourism Project in Casablanca’s Green City

The province of Nouaceur has officially launched the Bouskoura Park Resort, a large-scale urban resort project designed to strengthen tourism, economic activity, and sustainable urban development in Bouskoura Ville Verte, within the greater Casablanca region.

The foundation stone was laid in the presence of local authorities, institutional stakeholders, and private-sector partners, marking a key milestone in the transformation of Bouskoura into a high-value mixed-use destination.

An Integrated Urban Resort in a Natural Setting

Conceived as a fully integrated urban resort, Bouskoura Park combines luxury hospitality, business tourism, wellness, leisure, and premium services within a preserved natural environment. The project represents an investment exceeding 300 million Moroccan dirhams and is expected to generate more than 500 direct and indirect jobs.

Developed across a site of more than 5.3 hectares, the resort enjoys a strategic location near the Bouskoura Forest, Casa Green Town Golf, and major economic hubs, positioning it as a key connector between nature, business, and lifestyle.

Radisson Blu 5-Star Hotel and Business Facilities

At the heart of the project is a 5-star Radisson Blu hotel featuring 119 rooms, designed to meet international luxury standards while integrating seamlessly with its surroundings.

The resort will also include a conference and events center spanning more than 4,000 square meters, a fully equipped business center, and a comprehensive Sport & Wellness hub offering leisure, fitness, and well-being services.
