Flights from France to Morocco have become markedly cheaper at the start of 2026. According to the Digitrips / L’Écho Touristique airfare barometer, ticket prices to Morocco fell by 16% in January compared with January 2025, making it one of the most affordable and attractive destinations for French travelers.

Morocco now ranks as the second most-booked destination from France, benefiting from this sharp price correction on medium-haul routes. The drop is particularly significant in a context of low inflation in France, meaning travelers are seeing a genuine improvement in purchasing power when planning trips across the Mediterranean.

This trend is expected to boost demand for both short stays and longer holidays, as well as visits by the Moroccan diaspora. Major routes linking France to cities such as Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, and Tangier are directly impacted.

As French travelers increasingly book further in advance, lower airfares reinforce Morocco’s position as one of the most accessible and competitive destinations from France in early 2026.
