Marrakech is about to brew more than just tradition. From 6 to 8 December 2025, the city hosts the inaugural edition of the Marrakech Coffee & Tea Festival, a major pan-African event uniting coffee and tea lovers, professionals, artisans, and cultures from across Morocco and the world.
What to Expect
Held at Parc Expo Marrakech / Mossalla Sidi Amara, the festival brings together 400+ exhibitors, top baristas and tea masters, and over 30,000 visitors across three days, promising one of Africa’s largest gatherings around coffee and tea.
The programme is diverse and rich:
- Trade booths for specialty coffee, teas, equipment, chocolate, pastries, desserts, and more.
- Competitions, including the first National Championship “Moroccan Coffee & Tea Masters” and a national barista contest.
- Workshops and masterclasses, with more than 100 experts, teaching everything from latte art, roasting, tea blending, to brewing methods.
- Conferences and networking opportunities for professionals aiming to connect across Africa, MENA, and beyond.
- A vibrant cultural program mixing music (Gnawa, jazz), art exhibitions inspired by coffee & tea heritage, and a festive atmosphere blending global tradition and local colour.
