American superstar Madonna has once again chosen Morocco as her destination to close out the year 2025. The Queen of Pop shared several moments from her family getaway on Instagram, offering fans a glimpse into her stay in the historic city of Fes, where she immersed herself in Moroccan culture, heritage, and gastronomy.
The global icon’s return to Morocco comes as no surprise. Madonna has long expressed her fondness for the Kingdom, having previously celebrated her 60th birthday in Marrakech in 2018 — an event that captured international media attention and made headlines across celebrity tabloids worldwide.
Fes, a Cultural Stop for the Pop Icon
During her stay in Morocco’s spiritual capital, Madonna explored some of Fes’ most iconic landmarks. Accompanied by her twin daughters, Stella and Estere, along with close friends, she visited the historic Medersa El Attarine, the Mnebhi Palace, and the Jewish cemetery — highlighting the city’s rich cultural and spiritual diversity.
Her strolls through the ancient medina reflected a relaxed, curious approach to travel, far from the spotlight, embracing the authenticity and timeless charm that make Fes one of Morocco’s most treasured destinations.
A Detour Through Marrakech
Madonna’s Moroccan escape also included a stop in Marrakech, where she experienced one of the city’s most exclusive culinary concepts. The pop legend reportedly enjoyed a unique dining experience at “La Table Secrète,” located within the stables of the Selman Palace — a venue known for blending luxury, intimacy, and refined Moroccan hospitality.
This end-of-year visit further reinforces Morocco’s status as a favored destination for international celebrities, drawn by its cultural depth, warm atmosphere, and world-class hospitality.
