According telquel.ma, the famous Congolese supporter Michel Mbolandinganga, widely known as “Lumumba” and one of the standout fan figures of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) 2025 in Morocco, has confirmed that he received an official invitation to attend the tournament’s final.
Speaking to the media upon his return to Kinshasa on Thursday, following the elimination of the Democratic
Republic of Congo, Mbolandinganga announced that he will travel back to Morocco ahead of the final scheduled for January 18 at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat.
A Symbolic Return for the CAN 2025 Final
The Congolese fan’s return is expected to add a special atmosphere to the final, as Mbolandinganga has become one of the most recognizable faces of CAN 2025. His unique and dignified style of support has captivated fans across Africa and beyond.
