Royal Air Maroc will launch nine new direct routes in 2026, expanding its network across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. The strategy strengthens Casablanca’s role as a key air hub connecting multiple continents.
New Casablanca routes starting April 2026
From April 2026, Royal Air Maroc will introduce five new direct flights from Casablanca to strategic destinations across Africa, the Middle East, and Southern Europe.
- Pointe-Noire (Republic of Congo)
- Tripoli (Libya)
- Beirut (Lebanon)
- Bilbao (Spain)
- Alicante (Spain)
These routes aim to improve connectivity for business travelers, tourists, and diaspora communities, while reinforcing Morocco’s position as a regional aviation gateway.
Network expansion in Italy and France
The airline will also strengthen its European presence with the launch of a direct Casablanca–Verona flight on June 20, 2026. Verona becomes the eighth Italian destination served by Royal Air Maroc, joining Rome, Milan, Bologna, Naples, Catania, Turin, and Venice.
In France, Royal Air Maroc will open a new Casablanca–Lille route in July 2026, responding to growing demand from northern France and Moroccan communities.
More long-haul flights and modern aircraft
Alongside new routes, Royal Air Maroc will increase frequencies on several long-haul destinations, including São Paulo, Miami, Washington, and Dubai. This expansion will be supported by the integration of new long-haul aircraft.
According to the airline, these aircraft will feature upgraded cabins, improved comfort, and enhanced onboard connectivity, meeting international service standards.
Tickets for all new routes will be available for sale from December 15 through Royal Air Maroc’s official website, call centers, commercial agencies, and partner travel agencies.
