Kerten Hospitality, a fast-growing lifestyle hospitality group active across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), has announced a major new project in Morocco. The company has signed a deal to launch its Cloud 7 Hotels brand in El Jadida on Morocco’s Atlantic coast.

The upcoming Casadora Resort will combine luxury hospitality, branded residences, and authentic Moroccan design — positioning itself as one of the most exciting new coastal lifestyle destinations in the country.

A Coastal Lifestyle Resort in El Jadida

Currently under construction, Casadora Resort is designed as an integrated development that blends hotel services with residential living. The development is led by Groupe Ramos, a French real estate firm focused on incorporating natural elements and Moroccan heritage into contemporary architecture.

El Jadida is rapidly emerging as a sought-after coastal destination, known for its Atlantic views and relaxed lifestyle. Casadora Resort is expected to become the city’s first true coastal lifestyle resort.

Traditional Moroccan Ryads with Modern Ownership Models

One of the project’s most distinctive features is the inclusion of traditional Moroccan-style ryads within the residential offering. The hybrid ownership model provides unprecedented flexibility:

  • 140 units available for full ownership.
  • 60 additional units offered under fractional ownership, ideal for international buyers seeking seasonal coastal living.

Kerten’s Growing Footprint in Morocco and MEA

The El Jadida project marks Kerten Hospitality’s second development in Morocco. The group’s first project, Cloud 7 Dersa Tetouan, is set to open in 2027 in a renovated historic building. Beyond Morocco, Kerten’s MEA expansion includes:

  • Cloud 7 Al Murjan Island Resort (Saudi Arabia): 74 over-water chalets and a ladies-only beach club.
  • The House Residence Azure (Zanzibar): 93-villa luxury development with 16 over-water villas.

A New Chapter for El Jadida’s Tourism

Casadora Resort is expected to strengthen El Jadida’s position as a rising Atlantic destination, attracting both international travelers and long-term property investors. By combining Moroccan tradition with contemporary design, Kerten Hospitality is contributing to Morocco’s broader tourism and real estate growth strategy.

“Casadora Resort represents a significant milestone, positioning El Jadida as a premium destination for luxury tourism and residential living.”
