Rising 250 meters high with 55 floors, the tower dominates the Bouregreg Valley between Rabat and Salé, redefining the skyline of the capital and symbolizing Morocco’s modern ambitions.

Visible from miles away, the tower’s sleek silhouette — often compared to a rocket, is already becoming an iconic feature of the region. Strategically located along the Bouregreg River, it stands as a new architectural landmark connecting Rabat and Salé.
A Multi-Use Mega Project
Launched in 2018, the project offers a mixed-use program spanning over 102,800 m². It includes a luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel, premium offices, high-end residences, and a panoramic observation deck with breathtaking views.
The building is equipped with 36 elevators and designed to provide a seamless experience across its different spaces.
Cutting-Edge Engineering
Beyond its impressive height, the tower is a technical feat. Built on deep foundations reaching 60 meters, the structure uses advanced engineering solutions to withstand seismic activity and environmental constraints.
A 160-ton tuned mass damper installed at the top ensures stability by reducing wind and vibration effects, enhancing comfort for occupants at higher levels.
