Morocco’s tourism sector reached a historic 116.2 billion MAD in 2024, boosting its contribution to the national GDP to 7.3%. With record visitors, stronger infrastructure, and major events ahead, tourism is becoming one of Morocco’s most powerful economic engines.

Morocco’s tourism revenues climbed to 113.3 billion DH by October 2025, according to Medi1News. With a 16.7% rise and 16.6 million visitors, the sector is experiencing one of its strongest years. Morocco could surpass 120 billion DH in tourism earnings by year-end.
