The official “Yalla” mobile application was launched today October, 11 . Designed as the central digital gateway for the Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025, the app will combine ticketing, travel authorization, and fan services in a single, user-friendly experience.

Fan ID: mandatory access for stadiums and fan zones
Every ticket holder must register via the Yalla app to obtain a Fan ID, which will be required for entry to stadiums and official fan zones. Registration through the app will centralize fan credentials and help speed access on match days.
E-Visa: simplified online travel authorization
The AFCON 2025 Yalla app will also host a dedicated e-Visa application service tailored for AFCON attendees. Supporters from eligible countries will be able to apply directly through the app, reducing paperwork and streamlining travel planning.

Ticket sales — phased release schedule
Tickets will be sold in multiple phases to ensure an orderly distribution. Important dates (all times Morocco local time):
Phase 1
- 25–27 September 2025 (12:00 Morocco time): Visa card pre-sale reserved for Visa cardholders.
- From 27 September 2025 (14:00 Morocco time): Public sale opens to all payment methods — initial allocation representing approximately 30% of stadium capacity.
Phase 2
- 21–23 October 2025 (12:00 Morocco time): Second Visa pre-sale for Visa cardholders.
- From 23 October 2025 (14:00 Morocco time): Public sale opens — additional allocation around 30% capacity.
Phase 3
- From 21 November 2025: Remaining tickets for all matches will be released and available for purchase using all accepted payment methods.
How to prepare
- Download the Yalla app from your device’s app store from 25 September onward.
- Create or connect your account, then register for the Fan ID.
- If needed, initiate the e-Visa application through the app and gather required documents (passport, photo, proof of ticket purchase).
- Follow official match and stadium instructions on travel, entry times, and baggage rules.
