Morocco’s tourism sector achieved historic growth in 2025, yet reaching the target of 26 million visitors by 2030 will require stronger air connectivity, diversified experiences, improved quality standards, and sustainable local development.

Morocco ranks as the 4th most requested summer destination for French travelers in 2026, recording +17.7% growth. As the leading non-European choice, the Kingdom welcomed over 20,000 passengers this season, solidifying its role as a major tourism hub ahead of 2030.

UN tourism data now places Morocco in 13th position worldwide among the most visited destinations. With more than 16 million travelers and major events on the horizon, the Kingdom is turning its tourism growth into a long-term global strategy.
